My Order Hasn't Arrived Within the Specified Timeframe, What Do I Do?
Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to high demand and during holiday periods. Please contact us at sales@nugeek.co and we will do our best to assist with any concerns.
How Long Will It Take For My Order to Reach Me?
Delivery time is 1 to 4 weeks. Please allow up to 21 days before contacting us regarding delivery time, as high demand can often slow down the delivery process.
Do I Have To Pay Customs Fees or Import Taxes?
Normally there is no extra fee for our price. Nevertheless, there are some countries that can charge an additional amount when passing through customs.  In these rare cases, Nugeek cannot be held responsible for any customs charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the tax regulations at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Please put extra care to select your chosen product before purchasing as we do not accept cancellations. We may be able to change your order shipping details if your order has not yet been processed.

I Ordered More Than One Product, Will They Be Delivered Together?
